Changelog

A summary of updates and new features, organised by month.

  • Landing page on Free — The Free plan now includes 1 landing page. Pro and Max plans continue to allow more.
  • Product images always square — A new Round image corners linesheet setting rounds the corners of product and hero images. With it on, product photos are cropped to a square that fills the cell — the “use with padding” option is hidden so the corners follow the photo’s edge.
  • Hero text vertical alignment — Rich-text boxes on a linesheet hero page can now be aligned to the top, middle, or bottom of the section.

  • Hero image fit options — The hero section editor now supports Fill, Scaled, and Original size options for hero images.
  • Vertical cell centering — Cell content in the linesheet grid is now centered vertically for a more balanced layout.

  • Custom domains on Pro — Custom domain support is now included in the Pro plan (previously Max only).
  • Free trials — New signups can now trial a paid plan for 14 days before being charged. A valid card is required, but billing doesn’t start until the trial ends.

  • Retailer order table — Pro and Max plan linesheets now include an order table for retailers to capture item quantities directly on the linesheet.
  • Mobile layout — Public linesheets now use a single-column layout on small screens for a better mobile experience.
  • Plan limit indicators — The buttons for creating new linesheets and landing pages are now greyed out when you have reached your plan limit.
  • Text cell background colour — Text cells now support a background colour picker.
  • Per-page title — Each page in a linesheet can now have its own title, shown in the footer beneath the linesheet name.
  • Page reordering — Pages can now be reordered up and down from within the linesheet editor.
  • Landing page preview images — Linesheet preview images on landing pages are now displayed as square thumbnails for a consistent look. You can also upload a new preview image directly from the landing page editor.
  • Custom favicon — Max-plan organisations with a verified custom domain can now upload their own favicon, shown in browser tabs for visitors to their public linesheets and landing pages.
  • Hero text style controls — New controls in the landing page editor to customise the hero section heading style, including weight and sizing options.
  • Custom domains — Customers can now connect a custom domain to their public linesheets and landing pages. Set up and verify your domain from the Manage tab.
  • Mobile view toggle moved — The mobile/desktop view toggle for public linesheets has moved to the public view banner so visitors can switch layouts more easily.
  • Pro plan limit updates — The Pro plan now includes increased limits for linesheets and landing pages.
  • Print to PDF — Public linesheet links now show a “Print to PDF” banner, which uses your browser’s native print dialog.
  • Landing page width option — Choose between a standard or wide layout for your landing pages.
  • Transactional emails — Invite emails are now sent reliably via a dedicated email service.
  • Wide text option — A per-page setting to enable a wider text area, useful for non-square product layouts.
  • Soft lock and stale detection — If another user is editing the same linesheet or page, you’ll see a warning to prevent accidentally overwriting their changes.
  • Read-only access — Members with read-only access can now view linesheets and landing pages without being able to make changes.
  • Billing and plan switching — Free, Pro, and Max plans are now live. View your current plan and manage billing from the Settings tab in the dashboard.
  • Registration flow — A new sign-up flow guides new users through creating their first organisation.
  • Linesheet thumbnails — The linesheets dashboard now shows a thumbnail of the first page of each linesheet, with a toggle between card and list views.
  • Mobile-friendly public view — Public linesheet links include an option to switch to a mobile-optimised layout.
  • Hero pages — Linesheets can now include a hero page at the front with a full-width image and rich text content.
  • Linesheet styling options — New settings panel with options for grid lines, background colour, border thickness, and highlight colours.
  • Access code protection — Linesheets and landing pages can now be protected with an access code, requiring visitors to enter it before viewing.
  • Inline confirmations — Delete and rename actions now use inline confirmation dialogs instead of browser popups.
  • Landing pages — Create public-facing landing pages that showcase a curated collection of your linesheets.
  • Member role display — Organisation members’ roles are now visible in the team management view.
  • Linesheet display improvements — Added a highlight box option, currency symbol toggle, rectangular logo support, and improved content distribution across the grid.
  • Display modes and per-cell layout — New options for showing or hiding grid lines and customising the layout of individual cells.
  • Auto-save — Cell fields now save automatically as you type, preventing accidental data loss.
  • Client-side image resizing — Images are resized to a maximum of 1200px before uploading, reducing storage usage and improving load times.

  • Free, Pro, and Max plans — Plan tiers introduced in the app.
