Account

Your account is your personal identity in Make My Linesheet. A single account can belong to multiple organizations, each with its own linesheets, members, and plan.

The organization switcher in the top navigation bar shows your currently active organization. Clicking it lists all organizations you belong to and lets you switch between them. Switching organizations changes the context of the entire dashboard — you see the linesheets, members, and settings of the selected organization.

You can create additional organizations from the organization switcher. Each new organization starts on the Free plan and is independent from your existing organizations — linesheets and members are not shared between them.

Organizations are joined by accepting an invitation. When an owner or admin invites you by email, you receive a link to join. Clicking the link signs you into that organization. The invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to — you must use a matching account to accept it.

If you are a member (not the owner), you can leave an organization at any time. Leaving removes your access to the organization and its linesheets. The organization’s content is not affected by your departure.

Owners cannot leave their own organization. To leave as an owner, you must first delete the organization or transfer content — there is no ownership transfer feature.

Your profile includes your name and the email address associated with your account. Profile settings can be accessed from the account menu.
